There is a 15% restocking fee upon refund for
items returned past 14 days of receiving the item
OR on items that have been opened/ tags removed

Received the 2 helmets that I ordered. One must be mis marked as it is too small. Contacted them for over a week with no reply as to how to exchange the one helmet that is too small. I have emailed them and also tried numerous times to contact them via Facebook messenger with ZERO response. They do not have a phone number to contact them either. I packed up the helmet and shipped it back and am hoping I receive a new helmet that I already paid for.
