If you are unsatisfied with the fitting, style. FREE Return within 7 days :)
Contact us if have issue about fitting after receive the helmet, we will do our best to make it fit, if not FREE Return :)

Exchanges/Refunds:
There is a 15% restocking fee upon refund for
items returned past 14 days of receiving the item
OR on items that have been opened/ tags removed
- Refunds/Exchange any item up to 30 days after receiving the item
- Item must be unused & tags still attached / Still have original packaging/box.
- Buyer is responsible for and extra shipping cost related to a return/exchange.
- If it is our error we will assume all shipping cost related to the error.
Shipping US:
- ALL ITEMS OVER $750.00 will require a signature upon receiving.
- If you wish to waive the signature please Contact us after purchasing.
- We ship Monday through Friday. Friday orders will process on Monday.
- Please allow time for the handling time.
- Most shipping to the US is FREE excluding: Alaska, Hawaii & PR

I had to order a new shield for my helmet and customer service sent an email asking about what happened to the other one. When I explained they went ahead and added screws to my order just in case for no charge. Item was received quickly and in time for our bike trip, these guys are great !
