Somehow the first helmet that was sent was not only the wrong size but a totally different design. I gave customer service a call asap. They said they would take care of it immediately and 2 days later the correct helmet was at my door. They even included a few little gifts and the return label for the first helmet. Things may have started out rocky but they knocked it out of the park with correcting the issue. Thanks for everything and I Love my new helmet.
