Exchanges/Refunds:
There is a 15% restocking fee upon refund for
items returned past 14 days of receiving the item
OR on items that have been opened/ tags removed
- Refunds/Exchange any item up to 30 days after receiving the item
- Item must be unused & tags still attached / Still have original packaging/box.
- Buyer is responsible for and extra shipping cost related to a return/exchange.
- If it is our error we will assume all shipping cost related to the error.
Shipping US:
- ALL ITEMS OVER $750.00 will require a signature upon receiving.
- If you wish to waive the signature please Contact us after purchasing.
- We ship Monday through Friday. Friday orders will process on Monday.
- Please allow time for the handling time.
- Most shipping to the US is FREE excluding: Alaska, Hawaii & PR
